Product Description

SANSTA designs and manufactures hose & lines that meet the complex assembly, design and performance challenges of the automotive industry.

We use only superior quality rubber hoses that are fully in compliance with SAEJ2064 and all major OEM specifications.  The materials are fully competible with R134a & R1234yf refrigerant.

The tubing are made of either steel or aluminum, subject to the OEM application.  The designated material are proven to withstand corrosion, abrasion and other environmental hazards on all of its fluid carrying systems products.

SANSTA produces IHX hose line  with counter-flow internal heat exchangers that increase performance while improving fuel economy. The IHX tube designs can also be used for the thermal management of battery packs in hybrid and electric vehicles.
